Our Student Support Services department is responsible for addressing your needs and concerns over the duration of your programme. From planning your career, choosing your programme, enrolment advice, information on Student Loans and Allowances, starting your first day of class, through to your graduation and beyond...we are here to help.
Student Services Representatives will assist you with your class schedule and ensure that you receive the appropriate text books and materials. This department also monitors your academic progress and does everything possible to ensure your success. Student Services also has the administrative duty of issuing student transcripts and records of learning.

At New Zealand Career College, the support networks we offer our students are based on the Whare Tapa Rima model adapted from Mason Durie’s Whaiora Whare Tapa Rima model (1994). This model includes support for our students in the areas of:

- taha whanau (your social well-being)
- taha tinana (your physical well-being)
- taha hinengaro (your mental, intellectual and emotional well-being)
- taha whenua/turangawaiwai (your place to stand/the land where you belong)
