PERSONAL ASSISTANT
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Personal Assistant to join our Head Office Team, located in Auckland City.
Supporting the Managing Director, this is a varied role where no two days are the same. To be successful you will be experienced in managing competing demands and deadlines. You will have excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise your workload.
Key responsibilities include:
Organising and providing support at meetings, including minutes
Arranging travel and accommodation
Organising functions and events
Maintaining relationships with stakeholders
Supporting HR
Assisting the Managing Director with research projects
Other general administrative duties as required
The ideal applicant must have;
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and relationship building skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel programmes
- Bachelor qualification (preferable).
